Managing Your Video Library

The National Resource Safety Center takes great pride in maintaining and managing many private safety video libraries for industry and insurance companies throughout the United States. Our management services include:

Inventory and Database Control

We will computer inventory, warehouse and account for each video property retained in our possession for your asset control.

Video Maintenance

A new case and video label will be provided for each tape in your library. Cases and labels will be maintained for their professional appearance.

Collateral Material Purchase, Storage and Control

We will maintain and store collateral material to be provided with corresponding video tapes. Upon request, we will purchase, on behalf of the client, additional materials to be provided with video tapes.

Catalog Design and Preparation

We will design and prepare a custom catalog presenting your videos in an organized, accurate and comprehensive manner.

Catalog Printing and Distribution

If you elect, we will print and distribute your custom catalog as you require.

Computer Reservation System

After computer inventory is complete, you may reserve your video(s) up to 60 days in advance with the ease of a phone call.

Shipping and Handling

Videos may be picked up at our office, or they will be shipped via Federal Express.

Tracking Control

Our computerized database program allows quick and easy tracking control of your video orders. Using our Federal Express computer, we can track your shipments anywhere in the US within minutes.

Quarterly Usage Reports

We will be pleased to provide you with a computerized quarterly usage report of videos utilized by your company upon request.

NRSC Library

A corporate contract can be customized to include usage of the National Resource Safety Center's Safety Video Lending Library with over 10,000 safety and health videos.
